First fish was not fresh, second one had scales in it. Rice undercooked. Gave a discount for the inconvenience but charged for a drink that was not served. When mentiined the drink was removed feom the addition but the discount as well....

Umami is a visual and culinary experience. The place is very chic, small but well structured, with tables with attention to the smallest details. The particularly diligent and competent staff guarantees optimal service from booking to serving the dishes. The food is truly excellent, with high quality raw materials, assembled and prepared by two very good chefs right in front of the diners. We loved every dish we ordered, from the appetizers to the sushi, and will undoubtedly return to try the desserts too. The prices are fair, proportional to the quality of the food, as well as in line with those of similar restaurants in the area. See you soon!

I was with friends for dinner in this place which was praised as one of the best à la carte sushi. I'll start by saying that I didn't like the place very much, from a space point of view I found the environment small and uncomfortable. as regards the food, however, the quality of the products is good but not excellent. sushi neither thrilled me nor conveyed any particular emotions. Compared to other à la carte sushi I can say that the flavors are below average. In relation to the product served the price is excessive. if it were an all u can eat, for me, it would certainly be in first place, but among the à la carte restaurants it is unfortunately in the low ranking.

Very refined place, small but well looked after which offers intimacy and discretion. Excellent quality food, very professional service. The sushi is excellent but the highlight is the tempura!!!
